Pancake breakfasts

For roughly 5 months I had weekly pancake breakfasts at my studio, I invited the other residents of the building. This was a formalised way of connecting with fellow guests, most of whom were from other countries. Pancakes is a weekly tradition in my family, and so it felt natural to extend this ritual to new friends. Across the weekly events I tested out dozens of unusual flavours, including my favourite - marshmallow.
