Up to this point is a series of artworks created for Hummingbird House and it’s guests. The works consider the role that milestones play in memory, while developing imagery that attempts to make space for the intangible and unknowable grief.

Time with a child is fluid; sluggish at times, seemingly stopped when the daily tasks seem too unbearable - and then all of a sudden time has dissolved, and months and years have passed far too quickly. For the families at Hummingbird House, time is of even greater significance.
