‘DISH’ is a major exhibition indulging in the beauty and complexity of food. Beyond mere sustenance, food binds us to family, friends and culture, shaping our identities, preserving traditions and igniting memory. . – Town hall gallery website

Elizabeth Willing’s ‘Linens’ explores how our body plays host to food, medicine, and bacteria. What is welcomed in our mouths comes with ethical and psychological considerations.
